Buffalo Mike hosts a hybrid music/talk radio show featuring all genres of music (jazz, blues, big band, brass, rock, electronic, experimental and more) from the past and today that ended up featured on the "B" sides of albums and 45s, but could have been on "A" sides. Also featured will be interviews with home and craft brewers, from the local Asheville homebrew club, Mountain Ale and Lager Tasters (MALT), and area breweries, discussing the art and science of brewing beer, wine, cider, mead, Kombucha and non-alcoholic beer, including deep dives on various types of malts, hops, brewing equipment and methods and the local MALT organization's activities, purpose, future goals and community involvement.
