Started my radio career at KBOO in Portland, OR in the mid 80's where I had a Folk Music Show and was on a team of women that rotated DJing a Friday Night Women's Music Show which was my first passion. This is when we were still spinning vinyl. It was an amazing time then I pursued other dreams until I moved to Bisbee, Arizona in 2013 after retiring from Real Estate in Oregon. I was introduced to KBRP the local community radio statio and fell back in love with broadcasting. I created and developed a show "Woman's Soul" that debut on June 21, 2014 and captures a whole spectrum of women's music from classical to symphonic rock, interviews with local artists along local poets reading their work, live music with local musicians. My favorite time is 'The Side Pony Festival in November here in Bisbee where over a 100 bands from Phoenix and beyond descend upon our city and provide music from Friday through Sunday at a multitude of venues and I am able to bring in two or three musical talents into the studio to showcase on Woman Soul.
